What this site collects, and who receives it.
Base44Devs runs two analytics tags and three lead forms. This page lists every field they capture, every third party that receives it, and how to have your record deleted.
01 /What this site collects
Two things: what you type into a form, and what the two analytics tags observe while you browse.
The contact and triage form asks for your email address (required), your app URL, a free-text description of the problem, an urgency band, and a budget band. The cost calculator and the migration-ROI calculator ask only for an email address and attach the estimate you just generated. No form on this site asks for a name, a phone number, a postal address, or payment details.
Analytics collect what Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity collect by default. Clarity is a session-replay and heatmap tool: it records mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and page interactions so a session can be replayed. Neither tag is gated behind a consent prompt today — both load on every page.
02 /Who receives it
Form submissions are posted to an endpoint on this site, which forwards them to Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service that emails us the submission and stores it in its own dashboard. The forwarded payload contains the fields listed above plus a timestamp and the page you submitted from.
The same payload is also written to this site's server logs, which are held by Vercel, our hosting provider.
Analytics data goes to Google (Google Analytics 4, property G-TLGPJMLP06) and to Microsoft (Clarity, project xiekpoqrvo). If you open a booking widget, Calendly loads in your browser and receives whatever you enter into it.
We do not sell personal data and there is no advertising or remarketing pixel on this site.
04 /Access, correction and deletion
To see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, send the request through the contact form using the same email address you originally submitted. We will remove the record from Formspree and stop using it.
Analytics records are held by Google and Microsoft under their own controls; the practical way to opt out of both is a content blocker or the providers' own opt-out mechanisms.
05 /Scope of this notice
This notice covers base44devs.com only. It does not cover base44.com, Wix, or any client application we work on — those are controlled by their own operators.
This notice describes the data flows implemented on this website as of the date stamped above. It is not legal advice, and it is written narrowly: where a practice is not implemented in this site's code, it is not claimed here.
Questions about anything on this page go through the contact form. See also the terms of use.
